Management of Change: Best Practices for the Prevention & Control of Safety Risk Factors
The oil and gas industry may be subject to frequent changes involving work conditions, tech and equipment, processes, and personnel. To control the risks associated with these changes, a set of procedures referred to as Management of Change (MOC) is implemented.
This program will teach workers the basics of MOC and how to apply it to the job. They will learn how these changes give workers the opportunity to identify hazards, re-think the job, and set the proper controls in place to ensure safety.
