This training program is designed to deliver the specific levels of training required for compliance with the new U.S.C.G. Maritime Security Regulations known as the Maritime Transportation Security Act - MTSA and the Department of Transportation's - DOT Security Requirements for Offerors and Transporters of Hazardous Materials.

This training is consistent with the requirements in 33CFR 105.215 for maritime facility personnel and 49CFR 172 (HM-232) for personnel involved in the shipping of Hazardous Materials.

The regulations require awareness training for all employees including Full Time Employees, Part Time Employees, Temporary Employees, Contractors and Visitors. This video or DVD, with accompanying written Facilitator Guide with test questions, is ideal for training current and future personnel while on the job and will be an excellent addition to new employee, visitor and contractor orientations to satisfy future compliance requirements. Length: 20 minutes
